Terms of service
These terms are the rules for using RestFree. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to the privacy policy. RestFree is run by its Owner.

- You must be 16 or older. MiniApps that simulate gambling are for people 18 and older.
- One person, one account for everyday use. Do not create accounts to get around a ban or a limit.
Your account
- Keep your password and sign-in methods safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell the Owner through Bugs and suggestions.
What you post
- You keep the rights to what you post. You let RestFree store it, show it to the people you share it with, and process it as the site needs to work (for example making thumbnails, converting videos, translating, or running an AI feature you start). This ends when you delete it, apart from copies the privacy policy says are kept for a while.
- Only post what you have the right to post. If it is someone else's work, you need their permission or another lawful reason.
- Communities can set stricter rules. Their stewards enforce them, and the rules below always apply too.
Community rules
- Nothing illegal.
- No sexual content involving anyone under 18, ever. We remove it, ban the account, and report it to the authorities.
- No sexually explicit content. Mark suggestive, violent, frightening or spoiler content with a content warning.
- No harassment, threats, or hate against people for who they are. Do not encourage anyone to hurt themselves or others.
- Do not post other people's private information (for example their address, phone number or real name) without their permission.
- No spam, scams, phishing, malware, or pretending to be someone else.
- No real-money gambling or trading. MiniApp points and leaves have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
- Do not attack or overload the site: no automated mass sign-ups or posting, no getting around limits, and no security testing without the Owner's permission.
AI features
- AI answers can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or money decisions.
- You are responsible for what you post that an AI helped write. Do not use AI features to make anything these rules forbid.
- AI features have usage limits, and they can be paused when the site's monthly AI budget is used up.
- AI features are paid from your AI balance. New accounts get a trial credit; it has no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
Paid AI balance
- You can add to your AI balance by paying for a top-up (amounts and how charges work are on the pricing page). It is a prepaid balance in US dollars that can only be used for AI features on RestFree. It is not a bank account or stored money: it cannot be transferred to another account, withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and it does not expire.
- Happy Leaves and other MiniApp points cannot be bought, with money or with AI balance.
- Refunds: within 14 days of a top-up you can ask for the unused part of that top-up back, through Settings → Bugs and suggestions. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe and is removed from your balance. A payment your bank or card issuer reverses (a chargeback) is also removed from your balance, which can then be negative.
- If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission before you buy AI balance.
- Deleting your account does not pay out its AI balance. The balance stays with the account while it can still be restored (30 days) and can no longer be used after that, so ask for any refund before you delete your account.
When rules are broken
- The Owner and community stewards can remove content and limit, suspend or ban accounts. For serious cases this can happen without warning.
- Accounts that repeatedly post other people's copyrighted work are closed.
- Where the law requires it, we keep evidence and report illegal content to the authorities.
Copyright complaints
- If you believe something on RestFree uses your work without permission, email [email protected] with: the work you own; a link to the content on RestFree; your name, address, phone and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner; and your signature (typing your full name is fine).
- We remove or disable the content and tell the person who posted it. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send a counter-notice to the same address with their contact details and an explanation.
The service
- RestFree's basic features are free; AI features are paid from your AI balance (see AI features). The service is provided as it is. Features can change, pause or stop, and we cannot promise the site is always available or that nothing is ever lost, so keep your own copies of anything important.
- As far as the law allows, RestFree and its Owner are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from what other members post.
Leaving
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
- The effective date is at the top of this page. We announce big changes in the site. If you keep using RestFree after a change, the new terms apply.
